When Mr. and Mrs. S came into our model home for the first time they really liked the general layout, but the house was too large and the second story bonus area was much more space than they needed. They selected a beautiful view lot from our inventory and then we sat down with them and an eraser. Together we reduced, redesigned and restyled until we arrived at a perfect balance of square footage and pacific rim elegance. We took special consideration of the view and of their love to cook. An indoor/outdoor see thru fireplace with a rustic timber mantle and ledgestone surround was the perfect centerpiece to the twin glass patio doors which framed the view. And the final touch was a private garden area outside the master where the couple could grow fresh herbs and vegetables.
