The Henderson Street Project is a ground-up commercial strip development designed to deliver flexible, durable space for service-based businesses, retail, and light commercial tenants. Developed and constructed by StoneCrest Builders, the project was intentionally designed as a low-maintenance, high-functioning asset that can adapt to multiple tenant types over time while maintaining efficient operations and long-term performance.

With clear-span construction, a 21-foot plate height, and individual mechanical systems, the building allows for flexible tenant layouts without costly reconfiguration. The project was engineered to reduce complexity, avoid unnecessary systems, and streamline both construction and future tenant improvements. Every design decision was made with longevity, lease-up efficiency, and operational simplicity in mind.
